We think that PT’s don’t come much stronger - or better role models - than Tom. A local boy who has had a longtime love of strength and fitness, there is not much in that world that he does not excel in, whether it be free weights, kettlebells, functional strength etc. Tom’s holistic(rounded) approach to fitness includes him and his wife taking their two children to the local Felixstowe “fun run” where he and his wife also volunteer/Marshall. Just don’t mention skateboards (as he is pretty good on those too - but not in a gym!).
